Along with being a fully staffed plumbing & HVAC shop, Krier & Blain, Inc. also has an experienced service department. K&B technicians can provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot, repair, and replace all commercial HVAC equipment.

Krier & Blain employs a workforce of over 60 journeymen and apprentice plumbers. We are well versed in plumbing systems from standard retail to commercial process piping. We employ certified welders, medical gas installers, and boiler service technicians. Krier & Blain has the manpower, expertise, and experience to tackle any size commercial plumbing & hydronic project in the 4-state region of South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

With a staff of over 40 journeyman sheetmetal workers, Krier & Blain is well suited to perform HVAC work on any size commercial projects in the area. We have a fully staffed sheetmetal fabrication shop which includes a coil line, plasma CNC table, hydraulic brakes, pneumatic shears, rollformers, and punches. We can form, fabricate, and install aluminum, galvanized, and stainless steel ductwork, wall panels, and custom fabricated sinks.

Krier & Blain staff includes 4 licensed professional engineers. We can draft, design, and 3D model building projects long before construction begins. This offers a potential owner a great amount of cost savings by utilizing K&B’s design services and experience in the field. Many projects have had their overall cost scope greatly reduced by having K&B at the forefront of the design. We have the capability to perform 3D modeling, BIM coordination, clash detection, and robotic layout. This prevents unforeseen conflicts and reduces costs for changes or re-works.
